Refund policy

Custom Wigs (Any wig stitched by me)
Custom wigs are made specifically to your specifications. Due to their personalized nature, **returns and refunds are not accepted**, except in cases where:  
- There is a manufacturing defect.  
- The wig does not match the agreed-upon specifications (e.g., color, length, or cap size).  

If you believe there is an issue with your custom wig, please contact us within **5 days of delivery** with detailed photos and a description of the problem. We will review your case and may offer an adjustment if necessary.  

Pre-made Wigs
We accept returns on pre-made wigs under the following conditions:  
- The wig is in its **original, unworn, and unaltered condition**, with tags attached.  
- The return request is made within **5 days of delivery**.  
- The customer is responsible for return restocking fee unless the wig is defective.  

Once we receive and inspect the returned wig, we will contact.
